By accessing our website, submitting information, booking a rental, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Lake Lanier Boat and Jet Ski Rentals LLC provides watercraft rental and related services on Lake Lanier, Georgia, including but not limited to:
Jet ski rentals
Pontoon and powerboat rentals
Guided tours and group excursions
Online and in-person booking and reservations
All rentals are subject to availability, weather conditions, staff approval, and completion of a signed rental agreement and liability waiver. We do not guarantee availability of a specific vessel, time slot, or route.
2. Use of Website and Services
By using our website and services, you agree:
To provide accurate and truthful information, including identification and contact details
To use our services only for lawful purposes
Not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Not to submit false bookings or impersonate another individual
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service, including refusing a rental at the dock, at our discretion if misuse, intoxication, or unsafe conduct is suspected.
3. Rental Agreement, Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Operating a boat or jet ski involves inherent risks, including but not limited to collision, capsizing, injury, drowning, and property damage. Before any rental, you must:
Sign a rental agreement and liability waiver
Provide a valid driver's license and, where required, a boating license or boating education card
Acknowledge and assume all risks associated with watercraft operation
By renting from us, you agree to indemnify and hold Lake Lanier Boat and Jet Ski Rentals LLC harmless from claims, damages, or injuries arising from your use of rented equipment, except where caused by our gross negligence.
4. Damage, Loss & Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in and is subject to authorization on your payment card. You are responsible for:
Any damage to or loss of rented equipment during your rental period
Fuel, cleaning, or late-return fees as outlined in your rental agreement
Citations, fines, or penalties resulting from your operation of the watercraft
Deposit amounts, damage assessments, and applicable fees will be disclosed in your rental agreement prior to departure.
5. Prohibited Conduct
While renting or operating our watercraft, you may not:
Operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Exceed posted passenger or weight capacity
Operate recklessly, at excessive speed, or outside designated rental boundaries
Allow an unauthorized or unlicensed person to operate the watercraft
Remove or disable required safety equipment, including life jackets
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and forfeiture of your security deposit.
6. Cancellations & Weather Policy
Rentals are weather-dependent. If we cancel or cut short a rental due to unsafe weather or lake conditions, you may be offered a reschedule or refund at our discretion, in accordance with the cancellation policy disclosed at booking. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by conditions beyond our control.
7. SMS Messaging Program & Consent
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you expressly agree to receive text messages from Lake Lanier Boat and Jet Ski Rentals LLC regarding:
Booking confirmations and rental reminders
Weather-related delays, closures, or safety alerts
Billing and deposit reminders
Promotional offers related to our rental services

8. Third-Party Service Providers
We may work with payment processors, e-signature and waiver management providers, and insurance or liability providers to provide our services. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or terms of these third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, and materials are the property of Lake Lanier Boat and Jet Ski Rentals LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lake Lanier Boat and Jet Ski Rentals LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Injuries or losses resulting from renter negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms
Delays or failures in SMS delivery
Service interruptions caused by weather or conditions beyond our control
Your use of our services and any rented equipment is at your own risk.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and meet any applicable Georgia boating license or boating education requirements to rent or operate our watercraft or opt into SMS communications.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 404-737-7994. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
